System One (Nil) is an original overhead arcade football game, inspired by the pace and simplicity of classic football games. All artwork, animation and sound are original.
The rules: 11 a side. Two 90-second halves with a change of ends. Goals, throw-ins, corners and goal kicks. No offside, fouls, penalties or cards in this arcade edition. Draws stand. Shots and passes can be intercepted. Hold a direction and press Z to pass to the marked teammate. Your receiver moves to collect the ball until you steer. Tap X for a quick shot, or hold it for power; hold left/right to aim across goal. C tackles nearby opponents or switches to another defender. Click the pitch to run to a position. You attack up in the first half and down in the second.
The opponent: Jev makes the opposing team’s action and shape decisions through MindsHub Inference. Movement, positioning and goalkeepers execute locally. If Jev is unavailable, play pauses. No alternate model or disguised fallback bot.
Starting lineups are editable game selections, not official matchday teams. Player abilities are balanced by position; we do not present invented ratings as real-world statistics. Kits are simplified original designs; no club crests or third-party game assets are used.
